Store Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Uniqlo is seeking a Store Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for its U.S. retail network. Reporting to the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition, you will shape hiring strategies, support new store openings, and act as a trusted advisor to store leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with store growth and business goals.
• Partner with store managers and HR partners to define workforce needs, organizational structures, and candidate profiles.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for store‑level positions, management roles, and new‑store openings across existing and new markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market mapping, and external partnerships.
• Design and implement employer branding and attraction initiatives to position UNIQLO as an employer of choice.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and talent trends to drive data‑informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Manage recruitment budgets, resources, and ensure efficient use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and career website.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and long‑term talent strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruitment, ideally within a global organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, multitask, and solve complex hiring challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
