Store Manager – Retail Leadership at Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Levis® store at Folsom Premium Outlets. Reporting to the District Manager, you will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet financial plans through strategic decisions and team leadership.
• Develop and execute business strategies, visual merchandising, and promotional events to exceed sales targets.
• Manage all operational aspects including payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; handle performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive retail leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Store Manager.
• High school diploma, GED or Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform typical store duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with retail technology and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Strong cash handling, payroll scheduling, and inventory management capabilities.
