Store Manager – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levis® location in Tempe Mills. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, visual merchandising and overall store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging shopping environment for all customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching and ladder work.

Required skills

• Proven ability to achieve financial targets and drive performance.
• Experience with inventory control, payroll management and visual merchandising.
