About the role

Direct Tools Factory Outlet, a division of TTI Power Equipment, a world-class supplier of home improvement products, is looking for a Store Manager for its Denver store. The role combines selling, relationship retailing and store operations, with lots of customer interaction. The manager leads a team, increases sales and profits, and wears many hats: supervisor/team lead, inventory controller, display and merchandising professional, and driver of performance.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
Customer-focused and sales-driven, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish an environment of performance and accountability.
Ability to lift heavy packages exceeding 40 lbs and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, days and weekends.
Knowledge of TeamWork software preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
TTI brand product knowledge preferred.
