Junior Sales Development Representative - Automotive

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Its client is a fast-growing automotive specialist offering performance upgrades, routine maintenance, premium wraps and PPF, with an e-commerce platform. As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will be an early member of the sales team, building a high-intent sales pipeline by reaching out to enthusiasts and car owners. The position is full-time, remote and held as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound outreach to prospects interested in maintenance, custom upgrades and e-commerce products.
• Run discovery calls to identify client needs and match them with the shop's services.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel, focusing on high closure-rate targets.
• Engage clients during evening and weekend hours when they are most available.
• Keep records of interactions and client data organised in the CRM.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of car maintenance and aftermarket modifications.
• Clear, professional and persuasive communication.
• High level of English to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work CST hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A competitive mindset focused on KPIs, especially closing ratios.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in objection handling and running discovery calls.
• Background in CRM administration or sales operations.
• Advanced knowledge of wraps, PPF or automotive performance parts.
