Sales Development Representative (Finance & Tax Specialist)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. This is a full-time, independent contractor position for a US-market expert to drive growth for clients in the financial services and tax sectors. You will act as the frontline of the sales process, engaging high-level stakeholders and creating business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make about 50 high-quality outbound calls per day to prospective clients in the US market
• Generate 10+ qualified outbound opportunities per month to meet and exceed growth targets
• Manage your pipeline and track prospect engagement in Salesforce
• Run outreach using established, proven sales methodologies
• Act as a subject matter expert with financial professionals, building trust through industry knowledge

Required profile

• Native or near-native American English fluency
• Background in Finance, Financial Services or Tax (highly preferred)
• Availability to work full-time hours aligned with US time zones, from anywhere
• Coachable, determined and curious about business processes

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
• Nice to have: direct experience in tax consultancy or accounting, previous outsourced SDR or B2B sales experience, and knowledge of advanced prospecting tools
