Store Manager - Dallas Flagship

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage its new store in Dallas, Texas. The role suits a current Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager from a premium or luxury brand who wants to lead a flagship environment where hospitality, clienteling and operational excellence are central. The store is a multi-level brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team including Sales Advisors, Senior Sales Advisors, a Private Client Advisor, Stock Supervisor, Department Manager and Assistant Store Manager, building a culture of accountability and long-term client relationships.
• Drive commercial performance, own sales targets and plan budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, support and train the team; plan, delegate and follow up on daily operational tasks; create and maintain staff schedules.
• Manage stock levels, logistics and sell-through, and lead Visual Merchandising and upkeep.
• Implement company procedures and reporting, develop new store policies and strategies, and work toward KPIs and business goals.
• Give feedback to the Buying team, manage in-store events, and contribute to the social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in store management within luxury retail.
• Experience leading a team, working in an omnichannel environment, and managing back-office operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; full-time position starting as soon as possible.
