Storage Solutions Graduate Training Program

About the role

CB&I Storage Solutions offers a 2-year graduate training program for trainees who rotate through engineering, operations, estimating, project controls and other functional areas. It gives graduates broad knowledge of CB&I's EPC business and the skills needed for a professional career. The program is based in either The Woodlands, Texas or Plainfield, Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and exemplify the company's core values and leadership competencies.
• Contribute to department work products and the progress of projects.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership of assigned tasks and solve other required actions to support work completion.
• Build progressive knowledge of CB&I products and markets during the program.
• Temporary relocation to offices, fabrication shops or project sites is required, including outdoor work in extreme heat, cold, precipitation, dust, noise and occasionally at height, as well as standard office conditions.
• The role involves walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, typing, observing, listening and speaking.

Required profile

• BS or MS in an engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Welding) or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
• Able to work in the United States and relocate to assigned locations.
• Work history or internship experience in construction, engineering or engineering design preferred.
• Business presence and polish, and a motivated, passionate self-starter.

• Estimated annual pay of USD 83,000 to 92,201.
