Graduate Training Program - Welding Engineer

About the role

CB&I Storage Solutions is looking for Welding Engineer graduates to join its two-year rotational Graduate Training Program, which has been running for more than 50 years. The program gives participants experience in engineering, operations, estimating, project controls and other disciplines so they can develop broad knowledge and skills. It is based in Plainfield, Illinois, and requires travel and extended periods in the field.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Welding Engineering (Civil, Structural or Mechanical) or Construction Management
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Ability to work in the United States and travel
• Preferred: work history or internship in construction, engineering design or construction of plate structures and/or pressure vessels
• Willingness to relocate to a permanent position after completing the program
