Electrical BIM Specialist - Remote (Revit)

About the role

A hands-on Electrical BIM Specialist is sought to support U.S.-based construction projects. This is a modeling role, not a BIM management or coordination-only position. The work is fully remote and offered as a full-time independent contractor.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on Electrical BIM modeling experience using Revit
• Experience modeling conduits and/or cable trays on medium to large projects
• Experience delivering LOD 400 electrical models and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems: power distribution, lighting, branch circuits, panels, conduit, cable tray and low voltage
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) for meetings and project communication
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week

Required skills

• Revit modeling of electrical systems
• Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• Desirable: U.S. construction project experience, fabrication or installation-ready models, advanced Revit parameters, filters, schedules, view templates and drawings, and coordination with other MEP trades
