Stock Associate – Retail Stockroom Specialist

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. at the International Premium Outlets in Orlando as a Stock Associate. You will play a key part in keeping the store’s inventory organized, accurate, and ready for customers while upholding the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments and accurately record inventory data.
• Maintain stockroom organization by style, size, and color, and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Report supply and inventory needs to store management.
• Process shipments, transfers, damages, and donations according to guidelines.
• Replenish the sales floor daily and audit markdowns within company policies.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
• Ability to read, count, and document inventory accurately.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with an inclusive culture.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
