Station Manager – Airport Operations

About the role

The Station Manager oversees daily airport operations for Allegiant, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. This position coordinates ground services, vendor relationships, and cost control while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security compliance for aircraft, passengers, facilities, and employees.
• Audit and enforce Federal directives, FAA, TSA, and local regulations.
• Manage station expenses, analyze budget variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison with airport officials, FAA, TSA, police, fire departments, and local vendors.
• Oversee vendor performance for fueling, sky‑cap, security, catering, cleaning, and ground handling.
• Ensure adherence to station manuals, update revisions, and monitor quality control of customer service, baggage handling, and departure procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum two years airline industry experience and one year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, set goals, and manage multiple projects.
• Commitment to customer service excellence.
