Startups Ecosystem Lead

About the role

Reducto is seeking a Startups Ecosystem Lead to own and grow relationships across the venture and accelerator ecosystem, initially focusing on Y Combinator. You will ensure early‑stage companies adopt Reducto’s agentic document platform and receive ongoing value as they scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand Reducto's partnership with Y Combinator, handling batch onboarding, partner touchpoints, and program delivery.
• Design and run scalable startup programs (credits, fast‑track onboarding, dedicated support) to make Reducto the default choice for early‑stage teams.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to remove friction for small teams adopting agentic document ingestion.
• Track adoption, usage, and expansion metrics across the startup cohort and prioritize investments.
• Build community touchpoints such as office hours, workshops, and founder Slack channels.
• Identify and develop relationships with additional top accelerators and seed‑stage venture funds.
• Serve as the voice of early‑stage customers internally, surfacing their evolving needs.

Required profile

• Existing relationships or proven ability to quickly build credibility within YC or the broader venture/accelerator ecosystem.
• Empathy for founders and technical teams, understanding the unique needs of small startups.
• Experience designing scalable programs that serve hundreds of startups.
• Self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset and execution focus.
• Data‑driven approach to tracking adoption and iterating on programs.
