Staff Psychiatrist (MD or DO) – Remote Telehealth (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

About the role

Legion Health is seeking board‑eligible or board‑certified psychiatrists (MD or DO) to deliver high‑quality outpatient mental health care via telehealth. This remote position offers full‑time or part‑time schedules, allowing clinicians to work from home while practicing at the top of their license.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow‑up care through a secure telehealth platform.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to Legion Health’s evidence‑based protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary psychiatric community for peer support and case discussion.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• MD or DO with a valid medical license and DEA registration.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry, preferably with telehealth exposure.
• Commitment to patient‑centered, compassionate care.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to e‑prescribe medications.
