Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Full/Part-Time)

About the role

Legion Health is seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to deliver high‑quality outpatient mental health care through a fully remote telehealth platform. This position offers both full‑time and part‑time options, allowing clinicians to practice at the top of their license while enjoying flexibility and clinical autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via video visits.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines.
• Collaborate with a network of psychiatrists for case consultations and peer reviews.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing quality‑improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted PMHNP license in the United States.
• Experience providing psychiatric care, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and compassionate patient interaction.
• Ability to work independently while engaging with a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• EHR proficiency.
• e‑Prescribe system experience.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled clinical decision tools.
