Sr. Manager - People Enterprise Applications

About the role

The Senior Manager, People Systems and Technology will own the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of the People technology ecosystem for the Rivian‑Volkswagen joint venture. This hands‑on leadership role partners directly with HR and Enterprise IT to translate workforce strategy into scalable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the future‑state HRIS architecture and operating model.
• Lead major People technology implementations from design through deployment and ongoing operations.
• Own the integration architecture linking People systems with Finance, Identity, IT, and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with HR leadership to translate workforce strategy and business processes into technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap and lifecycle management of the People technology ecosystem.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading HR technology strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with HR and IT leadership.
• Hands‑on leadership style comfortable shaping strategy and driving detailed implementation.
