Sr. Account Manager - Beverage / Sports Sponsorships

About the role

The Sr. Account Manager – Sports drives growth for complex client accounts, partnering with the National Account Manager to execute strategic merchandise programs for beverage and sports brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain actionable strategic account plans using the OST model, targeting quarterly budget and profit goals.
• Identify and advance upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across BDA’s product portfolio.
• Lead high‑visibility presentations and pitches for complex initiatives.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, delivering brand‑compliant merchandise solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end program execution, coordinating design, production, logistics and supplier partners.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, support forecasting and pipeline management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably in branded merchandise.
• Proven track record of growing accounts through proactive client development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing margins and pricing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
