Sports Medicine Sales Representative - Boulder, CO

About the role

Stryker, a global medical technology company, is hiring a field-based Sports Medicine Sales Representative in Boulder, CO. As the face of Stryker products, you act as a sales lead, educating doctors, nurses and staff on the use and maintenance of products and helping them choose the right equipment for the operating room or office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead sales pitches and demo meetings, and work with cross-divisional sales reps to set strategic goals and targets
• Participate in trade shows and analyze the market territory
• Manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms of transactions, and solve product problems for customers
• Train doctors on product usage and guide product evaluation in the operating room or office
• Generate growth in sports medicine sales

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred)
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 5 years of commercial sales or medical field experience including operating room experience
• Able to drive an automobile
• Confident communicator, influential networker, strategic closer, trusted partner and competitive achiever

What we offer

• $50,000 salary, with possible eligibility for commission and/or bonuses
