Sponsorship Specialist – Global Pop Culture Events

About the role

The Sponsorship Specialist will support the development and management of sponsorship products for ReedPop’s global portfolio of pop‑culture events. Working closely with senior sponsorship leaders, you will help drive revenue and enhance fan engagement across shows worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, research and evaluate new sponsorship opportunities.
• Enter and maintain sponsorship product information in Salesforce.
• Review and assess existing sponsorship packages annually.
• Manage product documentation such as media kits and trackers.
• Assist with lead generation and fan‑engagement product rollout on a global scale.
• Collaborate with show management, sales, operations and external vendors.
• Provide product training, inventory updates and pricing support to sales and fulfillment teams.

Required profile

• Relevant business experience, preferably in events, entertainment or pop‑culture sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative to create new solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and high organizational standards.
