Content Coordinator for Gaming Events (PAX)

About the role

ReedPop, the world’s largest pop‑culture events producer, is looking for a Content Coordinator to support its games portfolio across the PAX family of events. You will help translate programming ideas into seamless live experiences for fans, creators, exhibitors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support content strategy and programming priorities for PAX West, East and Unplugged.
• Coordinate panel submissions, applications, approvals, scheduling and maintain trackers.
• Manage programming calendars, deadlines, copy documents, asset trackers and run‑of‑show materials.
• Draft, proofread and quality‑check panel copy and speaker information for web, app, signage and communications.
• Communicate with panelists, creators, community groups, exhibitors, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Registration and Production to ensure content is show‑ready.
• Assist with fan‑facing experiences, including panels, meet‑ups and special activations.
• Support onsite execution: speaker check‑in, backstage assistance, schedule changes and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in live‑event programming, content operations or community engagement.
• Excellent written communication, copy‑editing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple timelines.
• Passionate about gaming, fan communities and ReedPop brands.
• Comfortable with fan‑, speaker‑ and partner‑facing communications before and during events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software).
