Speech Language Pathologist – Senior Living Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a per‑diem, home‑health position serving adult and geriatric patients in the Sinking Spring area.

Key responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients within the designated geographic territory.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders, and develop therapeutic intervention plans.
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on physician orders and client goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based electronic medical record system.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA, or equivalent education and pending certification.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records preferred.
