Speech-Language Pathologist – Independent Contractor in San Antonio

About the role

AIM is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individual and group therapy services to students across Texas school districts. As a 1099 independent contractor you will enjoy flexibility while leveraging AIM’s proprietary technology and support resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals, both individually and in groups.
• Evaluate student progress, conduct eligibility evaluations, and participate in IEP/ARD meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support communication skills and provide guidance on communication deficits.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records meeting district and state requirements.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP license and valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
