Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Contract) – San Antonio

About the role

AIM is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individual and group therapy in Texas schools. The role is contract‑based, offering flexibility and access to proprietary technology that streamlines documentation and therapy management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for dismissal from services.
• Conduct independent evaluations to assess eligibility for speech‑language services.
• Participate in IEP/ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers to support communication skills.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AIM's proprietary technology suite for documentation and therapy management.
• Ability to use testing kits and protocols provided by the organization.
