Specialist, B2B Marketing Operations

About the role

The Specialist in B2B Marketing Operations will support the growth of Mastercard's B2B marketing capabilities, helping sales and business development teams identify and close new opportunities across Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, and SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own event strategies, including creation, contracting, messaging, collateral, sales engagement, measurement and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze outcomes and optimize marketing initiatives to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate on thought‑leadership content with product, global marketing, sales/BD and research teams.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing operations, sponsorships, media, communications, legal and agency partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with account managers to identify gaps and propose marketing solutions that drive growth.
