GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist

About the role

RepStack, which partners with Fortune 500 firms and digital marketing agencies and SaaS companies, is looking for a full-time, work-from-anywhere GoHighLevel expert. The role covers lead management, multi-channel campaigns, automation, integrations and client support, with USA time zones (PST, EST, MDT).

Key responsibilities

• Use GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, score them and hand them off to sales.
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (landing pages, emails, SMS) inside GoHighLevel.
• Design automated workflows such as lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Manage integrations with other marketing tools, custom API solutions and troubleshooting.
• Act as the main point of contact for GoHighLevel campaigns and guide clients.
• Develop lead generation strategies across inbound (SEO, content marketing, social media) and outbound (email, cold outreach) channels.
• Work with content creators on landing pages, blogs, ebooks and webinars.
• Run email campaigns, manage lists and segment leads.
• Analyse campaign data, report on trends and give actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a lead generation expert and GoHighLevel specialist, with demonstrated results.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; a US accent preferred for US and Canadian clients.
