Director, Client Service

About the role

Kantar is looking for a research professional with 5 to 7 years of experience who enjoys turning research insights into business action. The role is client-facing and embedded with stakeholders, supporting an important telco client in Atlanta. It is a hybrid position (3 days in the office) in Atlanta, GA or remote in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Own custom research projects from intake through recommendation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships directly and give consultative guidance.
• Diagnose business challenges, build surveys, manage project timelines and present actionable recommendations.
• Work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment, staying physically present with the client to build relationships and drive action from insights.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience in market research, customer insights, consumer insights, CX research or a related field.
• Experience managing research projects from design through reporting.
• Strong survey design experience.
• Preferred: experience at a market research supplier, research vendor or consulting organization, and familiarity with dashboarding and self-service reporting solutions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
