Senior Director, Client Service

About the role

Kantar's Brand Performance team helps brands assess, diagnose and grow using brand guidance programs, the MDS framework, predictive analytics and The Blueprint for Brand Growth. As Senior Director, Client Service, you will manage the execution of full-scale custom research studies for strategic local and global clients, lead a portfolio of $2.5-$5M in revenue and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple project teams and develop issue-focused analyses that deliver business insights to clients.
• Build and grow the book of business, contributing to new business opportunities and pricing and scoping jobs and statements of work.
• Lead small to mid-size accounts, handle client questions and requests, and coach on complex or new challenges.
• Design research and ensure quality delivery from junior staff, from survey design and sampling to deliverables.
• Deliver profitable, client-satisfying results and present reports to clients and lead client meetings.
• Manage a downline of 1-2 people, helping them meet utilization targets and Brand Performance goals.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing high-volume quantitative research studies and interfacing with clients, including 1+ years managing people.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record of influencing clients and improving client outcomes.

• Salary range of $142,700 - $167,500 USD annually, depending on location, experience and other factors.
