Brand Marketing Manager, iHeartPodcasts

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest podcast publisher in America, is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager for iHeartPodcasts in Atlanta. You will develop, execute and optimize marketing initiatives for its diverse portfolio of shows, helping grow podcast audiences through campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and run end-to-end marketing campaigns for iHeartPodcasts brands, covering show launches, ongoing promotion and major events
• Provide day-to-day promotional support so timelines, assets and deliverables stay on track
• Work with production, sales, public relations, legal, digital and content teams to align marketing with business goals
• Create, schedule and publish social content on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X and LinkedIn
• Help develop campaign messaging, creative concepts and promotional materials
• Monitor campaign performance, pull data across the network for reporting and track industry trends and competitors

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years of post-graduation experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or a related field
• Previous experience in podcast, audio or entertainment marketing is highly desirable
• A genuine passion for podcasts and audio storytelling

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital and social media trends and platforms
• Comfort with reporting dashboards, analytics tools and social listening platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; Adobe Photoshop is a plus
