Associate Measurement Lead, Media (Remote)

About the role

Kantar's Associate Measurement Lead (AML) team helps advertisers succeed on Reddit's media platform by optimizing campaigns, identifying target audiences and measuring the impact of marketing efforts. The Associate Measurement Lead services the Reddit account through high-quality work and efficient delivery, acting as a research partner who advises clients on strategy for digital media campaigns. The role is full-time and remote, open to candidates in the EST or CST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand lift studies from start to finish on the Reddit platform
• Lead kick-off calls, set up new studies, design surveys, analyze data, write final reports and present results to internal and external teams
• Develop actionable recommendations tied to data and research objectives
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Meet project timelines and collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams
• Drive process improvements and proactively address issues
• Build understanding of media platform capabilities and advertiser vertical expertise

Required profile

• 1+ years of advertising research / measurement experience, with knowledge of experimentation and basic familiarity with statistical methods
• 1+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in digital ad research, digital ad tech, a research supplier, media owner, brand or agency partner
• Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and practices
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to tell data-driven stories
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred
• Curious, proactive and able to take initiative
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration, economics, statistics, math, social sciences or a related field

• Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Proficiency with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to learn other business tools such as data management and cross-tab tools
