Senior Specialist, Regional Product Management - Marketing Solutions Sales Enablement

About the role

Mastercard’s Services organization seeks a Senior Specialist to drive commercialization of Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions across Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization. The role blends storytelling, sales enablement, and cross‑functional coordination to bring products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Own creation and continuous improvement of commercialization assets such as confluence pages and newsletters to help sales articulate value.
• Develop compelling product narratives, presentations, and sales enablement materials that translate complex concepts into clear stories.
• Coordinate case studies, best practices, and proof points with product, sales, delivery, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives including town halls, events, newsletters, and strategic communications.
• Monitor competitive offerings, industry trends, and client needs to strengthen commercialization efforts.
• Drive priority projects and cross‑functional workstreams, ensuring alignment and high‑quality execution.
