Special Needs Job Coach

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Job Coach to provide one‑on‑one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings.

Key responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment.
• Assist with enhancing job skills and monitor progress through documentation.
• Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations on the job.
• Make a positive impact on the community.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day‑time availability, specifically Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 am‑2 pm.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
