Special Instructor - Early Intervention

About the role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is hiring a Special Instructor for Early Intervention in Berks County, Pennsylvania. You will work directly with children from birth to age three and their families, coaching parents to use daily routines and the child's natural setting to support their goals. The position is part-time, paid per visit (5-19 hours per week), and offers the chance to build a patient caseload and work one-on-one with families in person or virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Work with children from birth through age three and coach parents and caregivers through interventions based on daily routines and the child's natural setting.
• Deliver services in the child's natural setting, such as home, daycare or community.
• Collaborate with teammates and other childcare professionals to carry over goals within an Individualized Family Service Plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Studies or Early Childhood Development.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification, including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing.
• Completed fellowship year and earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
