Nurse Manager, RN – Pediatric Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its pediatric home care team in Wyomissing, PA. The RN Clinical Manager will combine clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and care coordination to support field nurses and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field, including orientation and ongoing training.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in pediatric nursing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with tracheostomy/ventilator care or willingness to learn.
