Full‑Time Registered Nurse – Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to provide home health visits across Berks County. The role offers flexible schedules, one‑on‑one patient care, and a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and execute doctors' orders during home visits.
• Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document assessments.
• Coordinate case management, maintain accurate records using a tablet‑based EMR system, and ensure proper documentation of all interventions.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills for tablet documentation.
