Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Early Intervention

About the role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for its Early Intervention program in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Therapists work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model that empowers parents to provide the supports and techniques their child needs. Services are delivered in the child's natural setting, such as home, daycare or community. This is a per-visit position of 5-19 hours per week, with the possibility of building toward part-time or full-time depending on need and flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to children from birth to age three and their families
• Work in the child's natural setting (home, daycare, community)
• Use a coaching model to help parents support their child's goals

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification, including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing
• Completed fellowship year and earned the Certificate of Clinical Competence
• Dedication to high-quality patient outcomes
