Pediatric Physical Therapist - Early Intervention

About the role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is hiring a part-time, pay-per-visit Pediatric Physical Therapist for its Early Intervention program in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Therapists work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model that empowers parents to provide the supports and techniques their child needs. Services are delivered in the child's natural setting, such as home, daycare or community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to children from birth through age three and their families in home, daycare or community settings
• Work with parents using a coaching model so they can deliver the supports and techniques needed for their child's goals
• Work within a per-visit arrangement of 5-19 hours per week, with the possibility of building toward part-time or full time depending on need and flexibility

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Current or pending Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
• At least one year of experience as a pediatric physical therapist with children ages 5 and under
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification, including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
