Sovereign Deal Lead

About the role

Reflection partners with governments and sovereign‑backed enterprises to build region‑scale AI infrastructure. The Sovereign Deal Lead will own end‑to‑end large‑scale engagements, shaping partnerships that have no existing template and driving them from vision to signed agreement and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑year, multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar AI deals from executive vision through business‑case development, negotiation, deployment and expansion.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with boards, C‑suite leaders and technical teams, translating their priorities into actionable plans.
• Navigate complex conglomerate structures to locate authority, budget, data, and infrastructure across parent and portfolio companies.
• Translate advanced open‑weight LLMs and token‑factory software into strategic and financial outcomes, covering customization, proprietary data, security, governance and support.
• Run disciplined account planning, value modeling, pricing, forecasting, executive sponsorship and post‑sale expansion.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating, shaping and closing complex multi‑year agreements contributing seven‑figure+ revenue.
• Executive presence with ability to engage chairs, CEOs and technical leaders.
• Experience navigating federated organizations with multiple business units, shared services and complex procurement.
• Willingness to travel extensively across cultures and geographies.
