Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) department at Nintendo of America. This hybrid position in Redmond, WA, involves purchasing routine goods, collaborating with suppliers, and providing administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase pre‑negotiated, low‑risk goods and services using a corporate credit card.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet purchase expectations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support for business‑critical programs, including catalog ordering sites and department tools.
• Assist with due‑diligence activities that enhance S2P processes.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of systems, tools, and processes under management oversight.
• Aggregate and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring accurate and accessible reporting.
• Help develop metrics and KPIs, build dashboards, and run ad‑hoc reports.

Required profile

• Up to two years of relevant work experience (purchasing, supply chain, logistics, finance, accounting, or data coordination).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP (preferred).
