Solutions Architect - Employee Health and Benefits

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Solutions Architect for its Employee Health & Benefits team. You will act as a strategic bridge between sales, client services and subject matter experts, delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and prospects. The role focuses on driving new business and client retention in a competitive market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience and demonstrated relationship management skills.
• Experience managing, implementing and renewing small and large group health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, ancillary, FSA and COBRA plans.
• Working knowledge of employee benefit plans, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA and other state and federal employee benefit regulations.
• State Life/Health insurance license required.

Required skills

• Sales acumen and experience presenting well-articulated solutions to key buyers and influencers.
• Strong analytical skills to understand client challenges and leverage MMA's resources to develop solutions.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
