Select Accounts Producer - Sales

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Select Accounts Producer on its Sales team. You will turn leads into qualified opportunities, recommend solutions that meet clients' expectations and act as the link to MMA's resources during new business and renewals. The role builds client relationships and consultative sales skills using the MMA sales model and value-added resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop leads into qualified opportunities and recommend solutions to clients
• Serve as the conduit to MMA's resources during new business and renewals
• Cross-sell XLP, Benefits, Financial Services and Employer Services, including fees for loss control, health management and HR consulting
• Work with other departments to meet clients' expectations

Required profile

• Up to 5 years of external B2B sales with demonstrated success preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a P&C and/or Life & Health insurance license
• Willingness to meet all continuing education requirements for the insurance license
• Highly motivated to generate and sell new business and committed to client retention
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, though not required
