Solution Architect – Regulatory (RIM)

About the role

The Solution Architect – Regulatory (RIM) is a senior, customer‑facing leader who owns the full post‑sale journey for Kivo’s pharmaceutical regulatory customers. You will drive outcomes, retention and expansion by leading implementations and acting as a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of the Kivo platform, including solution design, configuration, data migration and go‑live support in regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11).
• Own a portfolio of North American accounts, develop success plans, manage upgrades, and drive revenue growth (GRR and NRR) while cultivating senior‑level relationships.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years in customer success, implementation or blended services within a life‑sciences SaaS environment (pharma, biotech, med‑device, CRO).
• Strong domain knowledge in Regulatory Affairs or Operations for pharmaceutical/biotech or med‑tech, with experience supporting validation deliverables (CSA/CSV).

Required skills

• Regulated industry requirements: GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11.
• Applied AI experience with models such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot to build workflows and automations.
