Solution Architect - NY Metro

About the role

Redis is looking for a Solutions Architect to work with customers across the NY Metro area, helping them design and implement Redis‑based solutions that meet their business and technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers' technical teams to drive successful proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and evaluations using Redis products.
• Partner with the Sales team to shape account strategies, uncover new opportunities, and expand business with existing accounts.
• Present Redis capabilities in a compelling way that highlights business impact and competitive advantage.
• Gather customer feedback to improve technical materials and inform Product Management and R&D.

Required profile

• 3+ years of pre‑sales engineering experience, preferably in database or enterprise software.
• Hands‑on experience with server‑side software development and Linux environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to work with architects, developers, PMOs, and C‑level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
