Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop high‑performing, scalable, enterprise‑grade applications. You will join a talented team working on mission‑critical systems and be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements and designing system features.
• Design and develop user interfaces for internet/intranet applications, set expectations and prioritize features.
• Develop, test, and deliver high‑volume, low‑latency applications for mission‑critical systems.
• Integrate applications by designing database architecture, server scripting, and establishing connectivity with network systems.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and platforms.
• Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting architectural reviews.

Required profile

• Entry‑level to SME experience developing complex applications in Java, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS, and relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or DynamoDB.
• Experience with Git (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), artifact management (Nexus), ticketing (Jira), and documentation tools (Confluence).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux‑based systems (RedHat).
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and hold an active security clearance with full‑scope polygraph.
