Social Media Strategist – Wellness & Medical Spa

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Social Media Strategist to lead the social presence of a thriving wellness and medical spa brand. You will create authentic, educational content, manage calendars, analyze performance, and boost high‑performing posts to maximize reach and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using Planoly.
• Develop educational, visually compelling posts that reflect the brand’s authentic voice.
• Monitor weekly analytics, identify top‑performing content, and adjust strategy.
• Research competitors and industry trends to inform content and promotions.
• Manage paid social campaigns, including boosting posts and overseeing ad spend.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with customer service to hand off warm leads and support lead generation.
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing social media for health, wellness, or medical brands in the US or Europe.
• Proven expertise in paid social campaigns, ad spend management, and audience targeting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished, authentic content.
• Self‑directed, proactive work style able to operate independently during Pacific Time business hours.
