Senior Manager, Upstream Marketing – Image Guided Therapy Devices

About the role

Lead global upstream marketing for Image Guided Therapy Devices core platforms, translating customer and market insights into differentiated solutions that enable the technical capabilities needed to improve quality and efficiency of care for coronary and peripheral vascular patients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the upstream strategy for core platforms, defining target segments, unmet needs, value propositions, roadmaps and performance and cost priorities.
• Lead the marketing core team to shape new product and platform development from early concept through development, building business cases and defining customer and market requirements.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to test strategic assumptions, anticipate evolving platform requirements and strengthen platform differentiation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an MBA or advanced technical degree).
• Proven ability to translate customer, market, competitive and technology insights into clear product strategies, roadmaps, value propositions and financially sound business cases.
• Experience navigating complex solutions spanning hardware, software, artificial intelligence and multiple modalities, preferably in catheterization lab or surgical environments.
