Government Marketing Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

Philips is seeking a motivated undergraduate to join its Government Strategy and Engagement team in Cambridge, MA for a summer 2027 internship. You will gain hands‑on experience in health‑tech marketing, supporting initiatives aimed at federal and state government healthcare leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of internal sales‑enablement materials to educate internal audiences.
• Assist in developing external marketing assets such as presentations, articles, videos, and website content.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform government marketing initiatives.
• Compile web metrics and draw conclusions using Google Analytics to understand digital behavior of senior government healthcare officials.
• Advance research and insights capabilities, exploring AI agents and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to work directly with marketers and sellers and deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Strong computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• US work authorization and residence within commuting distance to Cambridge.
