Customer Experience Intern – Health Systems Strategy & Growth

About the role

Philips is offering a 3‑month paid internship in Cambridge for students interested in gaining hands‑on experience across the full marketing mix, with a focus on customer experience and AI‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI‑powered tools to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for marketing and service strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and customer support teams to share best practices for customer engagement.
• Support initiatives that connect frontline staff with customers and monitor the closed‑loop feedback process.
• Engage internal stakeholders through improvement initiatives and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Marketing, UI/UX, or Business.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and propose creative solutions in a fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environment.
• Interest in how data and AI can improve decision‑making and customer outcomes.

What we offer

• Hourly pay range: $26–30 for bachelor‑level interns, $33–46 for master‑level interns (USD per hour), overtime eligible.
• Opportunity to work onsite at Philips’ Cambridge facility (minimum 3 days per week).
