Health Systems Marketing Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

Join Philips' North America Strategy & Growth team for a 3‑month paid internship in Cambridge, MA. You will support strategic projects that shape market opportunities for the company’s HealthTech portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions that improve processes, customer experience, and business performance.
• Create presentations, reports, dashboards and other deliverables that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Use AI‑enabled tools, analytics platforms and Microsoft productivity solutions to enhance research efficiency and generate insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS/MBA in business, economics, finance, marketing, public health, healthcare administration, engineering, analytics or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• High initiative, curiosity and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with AI‑enabled research tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with project‑management software (a plus).
