Global Marketing Leader, Claims, Value & Pricing

About the role

Philips is seeking a Global Marketing Leader to build and lead the Claims, Value & Pricing team for Hospital Patient Monitoring. You will translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value messages that help health systems understand the benefits of Philips' solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a global team covering claims, value marketing, offers, and strategic pricing.
• Define the global approach for customer claims and value messaging based on evidence.
• Develop value tools and business cases to support customer investment decisions.
• Lead strategic pricing initiatives that reflect customer value and market dynamics.
• Establish processes to ensure consistent, well‑supported offers and claims across markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 9 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience in value marketing, claims strategy, strategic pricing, or commercial excellence in a global medical device or healthcare technology business.
• Strong track record of building and developing teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leaders.

Required skills

• Strategic pricing expertise, including value‑based and portfolio pricing.
• Understanding of healthcare evidence and claims environment.
• Experience turning clinical, operational and economic insights into customer‑focused messaging.
