Social Media Manager & Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Lead to own and elevate our social presence across multiple accounts, aligning with our beer release and campaign schedule. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, you will guide taproom team members and freelance creators to ensure consistent brand voice and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy for the main brand account and 7+ location‑based taproom accounts.
• Lead content planning for beer launches, campaigns, and taproom events, coordinating with internal teams and freelancers.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Conceptualize and produce daily high‑impact content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) while maintaining visual identity and tone.
• Oversee community engagement, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership on launches, announcements, and e‑commerce initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within CPG, alcohol, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated ability to work in regulated marketing environments.
• Experience managing freelance creators and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
